Kevin's trip here has been a good excuse to take time for exploring some of the wonders in the area. We visited Rocamadour - the girls ran all the way down the "stations of the cross trail", and then we carried them all the way back up. We went to Carennac one bright evening, and had dinner in a fancy restaurant. And on Saturday morning, we had breakfast in a café in Figeac before loading up our baskets at the growers market. It's not all cushy though - he's also helped us dig potato trenches, move earth in the garden and start a stone staircase we are working on outside...
